FINDING & RECOMENDATION

After 20 weeks undertake industrial at Panasonic Automotive System Sdn.Bhd (PASMY), I would like to suggest both institute (Politeknik Balik Pulau) and Panasonic Automotive System Sdn.Bhd (PASMY) to make improvement for industrial training to be more efficient and challenging in future.

 

Apart from that, there are also a few matters that need to be improved by either the Polytechnic or the firm. Among the improvements that can be suggested are :

 

The managements of Polytechnic specially UPLI ( division Perhubungan Dan Latihan Industri ) supposed to made an additional visits headed for the position somewhere trainees who were undergoing the internship regularly like 2 or 3 time beside the 20 weeks of keeping fit en route for supervisor , so they can constantly monitored by the side of every part of time toward student.

The company should place practical learners into departments or departments related to courses taken by practical students. In this way, students can further develop the knowledge they have learned from Polytechnic based on the subjects involved.
