SUMMARY OF WEEKS

WEEK 1

More introduction to the new environment, department, workstation of the product. Introduction to the machine and the equipment. Learn the inventory process, step that required to do the inventory and also the basic of the component, product and the system that been used.

WEEK 2

Intoduction to the traceability , housekeeping 5s and program data of the machine . Learn on how to do the treaceability by refering the note that been given . More knowledge about the machine. Practise the keep cleaning workstation and be dicipline by applying the 5s in Tuesday every week. Introduction to the program data that will be used in machine .

WEEK 3

For the third week instead of applying 5s housekeeping ,be able to learn for checking the connection of pc in line and Tv display , inserting data program for index purpose and labelling the fix asset for the handy panaCim scanner and keyence scanner . learn and adding new knowledge about the application that been used for tv conectivity with every line machine also how to edit the display of pmd visual.

WEEK 4

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Make a word instruction of product set up step by step and scanner treaceability setting during the change model. After known the scanning equipment, make a barcode label for the stencil in stencil room. Be able to learn what is stencil .

WEEK 5

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Ability for do the full treaceability (full setup) and maintenance for new machine in line 4. Including the scanner configuration, scanner set up , link IP address to LNB and 5s the wire properly. Do the scanning and checking the model string of the pcb.

WEEK 6

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Setup full treaceability in line 2 . Do the setup and configuration for two new handy scanner (set up for panaCim system in the new PanaCim handy scanner). Make a checking for material quantity of inventory  (retrieving data) .

WEEK 7

Applying the 5s housekeeping.Updating list of stencil and back up block in stencil room . Learn the different kind of back up block and stencil especially for first and second back up block . Manage the trolley count for change model.

WEEK 8

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Installation for antivirus and file exclusion to all pc in each line . Instalation for AutoID Network Navigator to pc that doesn’t have this software yet. Documentation of the finding for mini project of Mr Nazri ( indicator of trolley in store). Make the colouring indicator for each trolly according to their model. 

WEEK 9

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Collecting data of program printer in Z-List. Preparation, monitor and join support for the inventory. Follow the step of inventory start from scanning part of checking the status of the part until check in either in trolley , rack or feeder machine. Do support in store for counting part, check status , adjustment quantity and check in part . Audit part for inventory day.

WEEK 10

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Continue collecting data of printed program from Z-List. Delete/consume the finish part by scanning the barcode one by one . All total of the barcode is 1000.  

WEEK 11

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Continue delete/consume the finish part by scanning the barcode one by one. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc . Updating the setting of firewall and check the update software to all pc in each line.

WEEK 12

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Continue delete/consume the finish part by scanning the barcode one by one. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc .

WEEK 13

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Continue delete/consume the finish part by scanning the barcode one by one. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc .

WEEK 14

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Preparation before inventory and support for the inventory day. Help to manage the new stencil ( testing, reporting,labelling and locating the new stencil).  Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc .

WEEK 15

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Support MR Kana to monitoring the setup of AOI coplanarity. Update index number in metal mask inspection check list of stencil. Fill up the monthly metal mask inspection check list 2018 for stencil. Updating the stencil report and manage the file. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc .

WEEK 16

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc . Continue fill up the monthly metal mask inspection list 2018. Update and reshuffle the number of stencil in sparepart room. Continue do for barcode labelling for new stencil and the miss stencil. 

 WEEK 17

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc . List down the part number of LED and IC program that have more then 1 moisture sensitivity level (MSL) according to the Z-List. Follow, join and understanding about the OSHA waste of chemical and safety data sheet. Explaination by MR Hafiz about the pictogram/signal words about the hazard. Hazard statement, precaution statement, first-aid measure, how to handling and storage the product. Updating the stencil bar code in sparepart room. Observation from Leaturer from Politechnic Ungku Omar .

WEEK 18

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc . support for detect the wrong value of PCB by scanning the pcb one by one and check the capasitor required either OK or NG. Monitoring the inventory to make sure they follow the step of check, counting part, adjustment and check in .

 

 

WEEK 19

Applying the 5s housekeeping. Transfering/move the file of data from server to local storage pc . Updating and manage the stencil in sparepart room. (new list, labelling cabinet, new barcode labelling)

WEEK 20
