IMPORTANCE OF INDUSTRIAL TRAINING

The training is important in assessing the ability of students approaching for the working world to the real working world after graduation. While undergoing industrial training, exposure of the work place will toughen the confidence of student’s sooner or later. Students will be capable to go through the difference between working situation with an expense environment. After undergoing industrial training, the spirit of cooperation could be enhanced as students will be aware of the responsibilities and role as a member of the firm to manage a joint work and benefit together with a considerate attitude and unselfishness.

Furthermore, students also will realize the weakness and lack of self in terms of expertise and experience. Therefore, the students will aspire to comprehensively enhance the abilities, skills, and knowledge itself. It is obvious that the method of learning which emphasizes only theoretical skills are pointless without knowledge of the application of that theory. Then the training industry is applying the theory learned at Polytechnic. Indirectly through industrial training, students would be able to develop and solve problems encountered during the work.

Thus, results from the accumulation of experience and knowledge of current industry practice students can add confidence next in order to strive to succeed in the goals that dreams.
